Senior account manager

Full-time, permanent, in-house position

The role

Are you an experienced SAM or even AM looking to make that all important jump in your career? We’re a fast paced, energetic and passionate team who are looking for a seasoned accounts professional who has that creative spark about them. This isn’t simply an executional role, we won’t be giving you a kit of parts for you to put together – we want you to bring more parts to the party!

The applicant who lands the role will be owning the relationships with key accounts, landing and  interrogating briefs, ensuring that the planning and strategy is correct, before being briefed into our internal teams. Although this role comes with a primarily higher level of focus, we want you to get your hands dirty, overseeing and managing the entire process, ensuring your incredibly high standards are consistently met, and so allowing the more junior members of your team to learn from your wealth of experience.

The agency is experiencing a really exciting period of growth, and we not only want you to come on this journey with us, but equally help lead the way. Our agency may be relatively small in stature, but we deliver big ideas that punch well above our weight.

If you’re the special one, the unicorn we are looking for, we will want you full-time, so please ensure you are willing to drive to our leafy home in South Oxfordshire.
