Monthly editorial and planning meetings were set up, creating a six month editorial roadmap. To give the newsletter its own unique identity and recognition, we created a sub-brand in the design and development phase — ultimately creating an email with a microsite to best engage the membership.

We recognised that there are massive cultural and regional differences which should be reflected in any content created. A dedicated localised language and content variant is therefore created to address this, working with the regional managers at Seagate for testing and optimisation. Hosted in Eloqua, it’s automated programs handle deployment and tracking, including clicks and opens.

Outcomes

A monthly newsletter is deployed through Eloqua by 1973. Throughout our over 100 issue sends, we continue to evolve and tweak the content and development through testing and tracking results.
